Students must meet all legal requirements for driving training, including eyesight, minimum age, and possession of a provisional driving licence.

Students must present their learner’s permit, provisional licence, or other required documents. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in lesson cancellation with a fee.

Lessons must be booked in advance. Confirmation will be provided by the school or assigned instructor.

Students must give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in full lesson charges.

If a student arrives late, the lesson may be shortened without refund. Excessive lateness may lead to cancellation of the session.

Payments must be made before or at the time of service. Packages may require full upfront payment and may include expiry dates.

Refunds, where applicable, may incur administrative fees. Used portions of lesson packages are non-refundable.

Pre-paid lessons or packages must be used within a specified period (typically 1–3 months). Expired lessons are non-refundable.

Students must follow all instructions given by the instructor. Unsafe or reckless behaviour may result in immediate termination of the lesson.

Students must be physically and mentally fit to drive. Lessons may be cancelled if impairment due to alcohol, drugs, illness, or fatigue is suspected.

School vehicles may only be operated under instructor supervision. Misuse may result in dismissal and financial responsibility for damages.

If lessons are conducted in the student’s vehicle, it must be roadworthy, legal, and fully insured. Instructors may refuse to teach in unsafe vehicles. The school is not liable for damages or violations.

Use of a school vehicle for the driving test must be booked in advance and may include additional fees for transport, warm-up time, and test use. Instructors will only approve vehicle use if the student demonstrates adequate competence in mock tests. Unsafe candidates may be refused use of the vehicle.

Students are responsible for booking their driving test with the DVSA unless the school explicitly provides this service.

The school may assign or change instructors due to availability or operational needs. Any change will be communicated to the student.

Students must treat instructors and staff respectfully. Abuse or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of services without refund.

The school or instructor maintains insurance for training vehicles. However, they are not responsible for personal injury, lost items, or damages caused by student negligence.

Recording lessons (audio or video) is not permitted without instructor consent. Some vehicles may have dash cameras for safety.

The school may collect personal data for scheduling, training, and compliance. All data is handled according to privacy laws and stored securely.

The school may update these terms at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes before they take effect.
